The prices per day is for a minimum stay of 5 days. For stays less than 5 nights, a surcharge applies.

In addition, the local tax o EUR 2,50/overnight stay is payable for every guest aged 14 and above departure.

You can also treat your car to a vacation and leave it alone. With the free mobile guest card “Ferienregion Seiser Alm Live Card” you can use the public transport for free. The bus stop is just a few meters from our house. The public as well as the shuttle bus directly to the orbit leave here and with the gondola you are in the blink of an eye in the middle of 56 square kilometers large skiing and hiking paradise Alpe di Siusi or in the Val Gardena.

Arrival and departure:

Your apartment and the double room are available on arrival from about 2 p.m., the day of departure we ask you to vacate your apartment or the double room at 9.00 a.m.

Payment:

We look forward to receiving a written reservation via e-mail. The reservation becomes valid as soon as the deposit has been paid. Please pay the balance in cash upon your arrival or departure. We don’t accept credit or debit cards.

Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 CC:

If something is coming to you in the meantime, please inform us in good time. It is a pity if the apartments or the room remains free, although others would have liked to come.

Up to 3 months before arrival we keep the deposit.
From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we keep the deposit and charge 80% from the travel price.
Within the last 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
